What these checklists are
Each list is taken from a published Entryora starter program guide — documents commonly mentioned for that route. Tick boxes help you track preparation on this device. Entryora does not save your ticks on a server. Consulates and online portals can still ask for extra evidence.
How to use the tool
Select a program (grouped by destination) and show the checklist. Progress shows how many items are ticked. Print for a paper copy; clear ticks to reset. Open the linked starter guide for context and the official site for current forms and fees. Quick links jump to common starters such as ESTA, Express Entry, and Schengen short stay when published.
What a full tick list does not mean
Completing every box does not mean your application is ready or that you will be approved. Some items apply only to certain nationalities or purposes. Official lists may use different document names. When Entryora and the government list disagree, follow the government list.
Choosing the right program first
If you are still deciding between pathways, use Path Finder or the readiness quiz before printing a checklist. For Canada Express Entry after that route looks relevant, estimate points with the CRS calculator, then return here for document tracking.
