Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Entryora at https://entryora.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These documents form the agreement between you and the operator of Entryora for use of the Site. If we publish translations later, the English version controls.

Who we are

The Site is operated by the operator of Entryora. We have not published a registered company name or postal address in these Terms yet. Contact: [email protected] or Contact.

The service

Entryora is a website that publishes general information about visas, immigration pathways, passport mobility themes, destination and program overviews, guides, news notes, and related free research tools (for example a visa checker, Path Finder, passport index, CRS estimate helper, Schengen day counter, and checklists).

The Site is for personal research and education. It does not file applications, create government accounts, represent you before any authority, collect investment funds, or sell passports or residencies. The operator of Entryora is not a government agency, law firm, licensed immigration adviser acting for you, telecom carrier, or government-authorised citizenship-by-investment / Golden Visa agent.

Official fees, forms, eligibility, and decisions are controlled by competent authorities (for example travel.state.gov, USCIS, IRCC / canada.ca, GOV.UK, the Australian Department of Home Affairs, EU / Schengen policy pages, and member-state missions). Prefer those sources when anything conflicts with Entryora.

High-stakes use: Immigration and visas are high-risk topics. Do not treat Entryora pages or tool outputs as legal advice, eligibility determinations, or a substitute for official instructions. Do not submit passport numbers, payment cards, government passwords, or other sensitive identity documents through our tools or contact forms — we do not need them to run this Site.

Eligibility and lawful use

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. You are responsible for whether your use is lawful in your location and for complying with the terms of any third-party government portal, airline, or service you use after reading our pages.

Acceptable use and prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Site for fraud, identity theft, document forgery, sanctions evasion, or other illegal activity
Mislead others about immigration outcomes by republishing Entryora content as official advice or guaranteed results
Spam, flood, or otherwise abuse the Site (including excessive automated scraping, denial-of-service attempts, or bypassing rate limits or technical protections)
Attack, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to Entryora systems or related infrastructure beyond ordinary browsing
Commercially mirror, bulk-republish, or wholesale copy the Site without permission
Submit malware, credentials we do not need, or unlawful content through forms or tools
Impersonate Entryora, a government, or a licensed adviser

No accounts or payments (current product)

The current product has no user accounts and no paid plans or marketplace purchases for filing or casework. Soft mentions of lawyers, agents, or investment programmes elsewhere on the Site are educational (or, where labelled, sponsored listings) and do not create a paid Entryora service. If paid features are introduced later, these Terms will be updated before any charges apply.

Tools and estimates

Calculators and checkers produce curated labels or estimates from the inputs you provide. They can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Border officers, airlines, and government systems decide. Investment-migration pages

Citizenship-by-investment and residency-by-investment pages explain product types and common research pitfalls. They are not offers to the public, not solicitations to invest, and not authorised-agent marketing. Confirm authorised intermediaries and live schedules only on official government unit sites before you pay anyone.

Intellectual property and trademarks

The Site’s branding, design, original text, and software are owned by the operator of Entryora or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Site to view public pages as offered. You may not copy, scrape for republication, mirror, or commercially exploit the Site wholesale without prior written permission.

Third-party names, seals, and trademarks (for example government departments, programme brands, and airlines mentioned in guides) belong to their respective owners. Mention does not mean affiliation, endorsement, or partnership.

Third-party sites, ads, and links

Guides and program pages may discuss or link to third-party government portals and other websites. Their terms and policies apply between you and them. We do not control those sites’ availability, fees, or decisions.

Links are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Advertising partners may display ads; ad content is not an endorsement by Entryora.

Disclaimers (as is)

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Without limiting the above, we do not warrant:

That any visa, ETA, residence, or citizenship application will be approved
That tool outputs (CRS estimates, visa-checker labels, passport scores, Schengen day counts, checklists) are complete or correct
That fees, forms, wait times, or eligibility rules on Entryora still match the official source tomorrow
Continuous uptime, accuracy of every page, or that any feature will remain available

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of Entryora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Site — including refused applications, denied boarding, wasted government or agent fees, travel disruption, reliance on outdated pages, or tool estimate errors.

Because you pay no fees for the current free product, our total aggregate liability arising out of these Terms or the Site is limited to what mandatory law requires, and in any event will not exceed USD 50 (or the equivalent in local currency), except where liability cannot be limited by law (for example death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of Entryora from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your unlawful use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your use of Site content as a substitute for official instructions or licensed advice.

Suspension, rate limits, and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site, any page, tool, or feature at any time without notice. We may rate-limit or block abusive traffic, IP addresses, or automated access.

Privacy

Personal data we process as a website operator is described in our Privacy Policy. Tool inputs reflected in URLs or forms are not a private case file.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and changing the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material product changes (for example paid plans) will be reflected here before those features go live.

Governing law

A specific governing law and dispute forum have not been designated in these Terms yet. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it in good faith. An updated version of these Terms will name the applicable law when one is designated.
