Privacy policy
Important: Entryora publishes general immigration and visa information and free research tools. It is not a law firm, government agency, filing service, or citizenship- / residency-by-investment agent. Do not submit passport numbers, payment cards, government login credentials, or other high-risk identity documents through our tools or contact forms — we do not need them to run this site.
Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains what information the operator of Entryora may collect when you visit https://entryora.com and related pages, and how that information is used. It applies to the website and related online activities only.
There are no user accounts or logins in the current product. Tools such as the visa checker, Path Finder, CRS calculator, and Schengen calculator run from form inputs (often reflected in the URL) and do not create a private case file for you.
To keep the free service available, we may use cookies and similar technologies, Google Tag Manager (and tags configured inside it), and third-party advertising (including Google AdSense) as described below. When a feature is turned off in our site configuration, the related third-party scripts and cookies are not loaded.
Who we are
The operator of Entryora is the data controller for personal data collected directly from visitors (for example technical logs, analytics events, advertising identifiers where used, and emails you send us).
We have not published a registered company name or postal address in this policy yet. Privacy and support requests should be sent to [email protected] or via Contact.
Information we collect
Technical / log data
When you browse the site, our hosting or CDN environment may automatically process:
- IP address and approximate location derived from IP
- Browser user agent, device/browser type
- Requested URLs, referrer (if provided), and timestamps
- Basic server or CDN diagnostics needed to operate and secure the service
Tool and page inputs you submit
Research tools may use fields such as passport country, destination, goal, language scores, or trip dates. Those values are typically sent as form or query parameters so we can show a result page. We design tools so you do not need to enter passport numbers, national ID numbers, payment cards, biometric images for government filing, or government portal passwords.
If you paste free-text into helper tools (for example letter or interview practice prompts), treat that text as visible to our servers for the purpose of generating the page response. Do not paste confidential case documents.
Cookies and similar technologies
We and selected partners may use cookies, pixels, local storage, or similar technologies. These fall into roughly three groups:
- Strictly necessary / operational — needed to run, secure, or balance load on the site (for example hosting or CDN security cookies).
- Analytics — help us understand traffic and how pages are used, including through Google Tag Manager and tags configured in that container.
- Advertising — used by ad partners (including Google) to deliver, measure, and limit ads, and in some cases to personalize ads, when advertising is enabled.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking some cookies may affect site features or ad relevance. We do not currently ship a separate cookie-consent banner product; if we add a consent management platform later, this policy will be updated.
Communications you send us
If you email us or use contact details on this website, we process the content of your message, your name (if provided), and your email address so we can respond. Messages may include technical metadata such as approximate time for abuse prevention. Prefer sending page URLs and official source links for corrections — not full application packages.
Analytics and advertising data
Third parties may process identifiers and usage details such as cookie IDs, advertising IDs, IP address (or a shortened version), pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser data, and whether ads were displayed or clicked.
How we use information
- Operate, maintain, and improve the website, guides, and free tools
- Protect the service (security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and invalid-traffic checks where ads are used)
- Understand audience and performance through analytics configured via Google Tag Manager
- Display and measure advertising that helps fund the free service when advertising is enabled
- Respond to support, privacy, or correction emails you send
- Comply with applicable law when required
We do not sell your personal information for money in the everyday sense. Under some US state laws, use of advertising or analytics cookies can still be treated as a “sale,” “share,” or “targeted advertising.” See Consent and opt-out and Your rights for how to limit that processing.
Legal bases (EEA / UK)
Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on:
- Legitimate interests — operating the website, security, fraud/abuse prevention, and essential performance
- Consent — non-essential cookies, analytics that require consent, and personalized advertising where consent is required; you may withdraw consent at any time
- Legal obligation — when we must respond to lawful requests
We do not currently rely on contract as a basis because there are no user accounts or paid plans on this site.
Advertising and analytics
Google Tag Manager
We use Google Tag Manager (GTM) on this website. Tags inside that container (for example analytics or conversion pixels) are managed in Google’s Tag Manager interface, not in this site’s code. Google’s handling of data follows Google’s Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
Advertising (including Google AdSense)
We may display third-party advertisements, including ads served by Google AdSense and Google’s advertising partners, to help fund Entryora. When advertising is active:
- Google and partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads, measure performance, limit frequency, detect fraud or invalid traffic, and (where allowed) personalize ads.
- Authorized digital sellers for this site are listed in our ads.txt file when a publisher ID is configured.
- Google’s use of information is governed by Google’s policies. Learn more at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and Google’s Privacy Policy.
Ad personalization and partner cookies depend on your region, Google account settings, and any opt-out choices you make. We do not control every cookie set by third-party ad networks. Demo/debug ad placeholders (when used in development) do not load live AdSense JavaScript.
Consent and opt-out
You can limit analytics and advertising tracking in several ways:
- Browser controls — block or delete cookies; enable tracking protection or private browsing.
- Google Ads Settings — adssettings.google.com.
- Industry opt-outs — Network Advertising Initiative and Digital Advertising Alliance (and European interactive advertising opt-outs where applicable).
- Contact us — email [email protected] to request opt-out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable US state laws for data we control as a site operator. If you send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or similar browser signal, we will treat it as an opt-out request where that signal is legally recognized and technically detectable by us.
Opt-outs that rely on cookies may need to be repeated if you clear cookies or switch devices. Ad blockers may also prevent some scripts from loading.
Sharing and recipients
We may share limited data with:
- Hosting, CDN, and infrastructure providers that help run the website
- Google Tag Manager and tags/providers configured through it
- Advertising partners (for example Google and its ad partners) when advertising is enabled
- Professional advisers (for example legal) when needed
- Authorities when required by law
We do not sell immigration application packages to third parties. Third-party providers process data under their own privacy policies — review Google’s privacy documentation linked above.
International transfers
Our hosting, analytics, and advertising partners may process data in countries different from yours (including the United States). Where required by law, we take appropriate steps to protect personal data transferred internationally.
Retention
- Technical logs: typically retained for a short operational window (commonly days to a few weeks, depending on hosting/CDN settings).
- Support emails: kept as long as needed to handle your request and for legitimate business records.
- Analytics: retained according to the settings of tags configured in Google Tag Manager and those providers’ defaults.
- Advertising: ad partners set their own cookie lifetimes and retention; see Google’s ads and privacy documentation.
- Tool query strings: may appear in server logs like any other URL; we do not operate a long-term private archive of your tool sessions.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the website and related systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security. Because this is a public research site without accounts, avoid sending highly sensitive identity documents by email unless we specifically ask for them to investigate a correction.
Your rights
EEA / UK
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to:
- Access, rectify, or erase personal data
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
US state privacy rights (brief)
Depending on your state, you may have rights to know, delete, or correct certain personal information, and to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Advertising and analytics technologies described above may be relevant to those rights when they are enabled.
To exercise rights, contact us via Contact or [email protected] . We may need to verify your request. Some requests (for example deleting cookies set only on your device by Google) are best handled through browser settings or Google’s own tools.
Children’s privacy
Entryora is aimed at adults researching travel and immigration. It is not directed at children under 13 (or a higher age where required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Third-party links and policies
The site links heavily to official government websites and may link to other third-party services (for example Google’s privacy and ads documentation, or sponsored professional listings when enabled). Their privacy practices are their own; this policy does not cover them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the website after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy. If we change how we use cookies, analytics, or advertising in a material way, we will update this page.
