How to use this hub

Most temporary and permanent visas are lodged through ImmiAccount. Start from the visa listing for your subclass, then follow the current document checklist on that page. Paper forms still exist for some products — use the departmental forms finder when a page asks for a numbered form. Entryora lists official entry points only; we do not host PDFs or mirror checklists.

ImmiAccount vs paper

Online lodgement is the default for many visitor, student, working holiday, and skilled pathways. Do not upload outdated PDF packs when the visa page says to apply online. If a Home Affairs page still names a numbered form, download it from the departmental forms index — not from a third-party mirror.

Matching a subclass before you gather documents

Australia’s visa catalogue is subclass-driven. A visitor stream, student 500, working holiday, and skilled pathway each carry different evidence themes. Name the subclass on the official listing before you pay for health exams, skills assessments, or English tests. Entryora program pages (visitor, study, working holiday, skilled) are orientation maps toward those listing pages — not substitutes for them.

  • Start from the visa listing, not from a generic “Australia visa PDF” search
  • Confirm whether your passport is eligible for ETA (601) or needs another visitor product
  • Skilled applicants should identify assessment bodies from Home Affairs, not from brochures alone

After you leave this hub

Use related Entryora resources for fee and processing-time themes, then return to ImmiAccount or the forms finder for the live file. When immi.homeaffairs.gov.au disagrees with any summary here, keep Home Affairs. We do not lodge applications or guarantee outcomes.
